Recovery Houston Institute, Inc. (RHI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency incorporated in 1994 to provide comprehensive social services to homeless individuals who have substance use and mental health disorders. RHI was established as a “one of a kind” agency helping adult men exit homelessness and substance abuse through treatment, vocational rehabilitation and ongoing social supports.
